By accessing or using YT Batch Manager ("the Application," "we," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
YT Batch Manager is a free, open-source, browser-based tool that lets you view and edit the metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, privacy status, category, and language) of videos on your own YouTube channel, and save those changes back to YouTube. The Application runs entirely in your browser; it has no back-end server and stores no data on our servers.
This Application uses YouTube API Services. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data accessed through the YouTube API is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on what the Application does and does not handle.
You may revoke the Application's access to your Google account at any time via the Google Security Settings page.

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the author be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, content, or revenue — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Application. You use the Application at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the Application at any time and revoke its access to your Google account. We may discontinue or modify the Application at any time without notice.
